If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 10 days from the date of sale. Please read the following policy guidelines and follow the instructions to initiate a return or exchange.
Returns:
To request a return, please email us at [email protected] with the order number.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
– The item must be unused.
– The item must be undamaged.
– The original tag and label must be intact.
– The item must be in its original packaging.
– The item must be in a condition suitable for resale (no wrinkles, stains, makeup, missing buttons, or odors).
We reserve the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the above requirements.
For approved returns, we will provide a shipping label via email for the return shipment. A $10 fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date of sale.
We offer three types of exchanges: size exchange, color exchange, and style exchange.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at [email protected] with the order number and specify the desired exchange type.
The customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and the cost of reshipping the exchanged item.
Exceptions:
Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
International sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Restocking fees will not be charged.
